When standard configuration runs out of road
Many WordPress projects reach a point where the site is not broken, but its next requirement no longer fits the theme or plugin stack cleanly. That is where engineering matters: defining the smallest maintainable change that solves the actual business rule.
Typical work
- Custom functionality and business rules
- Inherited or undocumented custom code
- Admin and editorial workflow improvements
- REST API and third-party integrations
- Multisite and complex content models
- Technical architecture reviews
How a project starts
Send the site URL, the problem or feature you are trying to solve, what changed recently if something broke, and any deadline that matters. We first narrow the technical boundary, then define access, risk, deliverables and the safest implementation route.
What we avoid
We do not treat more plugins as the default answer, edit WordPress core to force a result, or replace working parts simply to make the project larger. Where an existing tool is the better option, the implementation should use it.
Common questions
Can you work with an existing WordPress site?
Yes. Existing sites are normal. We review the current theme, plugins, custom code and hosting constraints before deciding what should be kept or changed.
Do you require a full rebuild?
No. A rebuild is only one possible route. Focused custom development is often the better answer when the rest of the site is working well.
Can you integrate WordPress with an external system?
Yes. API integrations can cover data import, synchronization, authentication, CRM or internal business workflows, subject to the external system providing a workable interface.
