Project scope
Commercial work begins only after scope, deliverables, access requirements, pricing and any material assumptions are agreed. A public service description does not by itself create a project commitment.
Third-party software and services
WordPress projects commonly depend on third-party themes, plugins, hosts, APIs, payment providers and other services. Their availability, licensing, policies and behavior remain outside WPCoreDev's direct control.
Client-controlled accounts
Where practical, domains, hosting, WordPress administration and third-party service accounts should remain under the client's ownership and control. Access should be limited to what the agreed work requires.
