If you contact WPCoreDev by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, website URL, project description, attachments and technical details.
Website and server data
Hosting infrastructure may record ordinary server logs such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent and response status for security, reliability and troubleshooting.
Analytics
WPCoreDev may use self-hosted or privacy-oriented analytics to understand aggregate website usage. The current site does not require an account or marketing profile to read public pages.
Project access
If a project requires access to WordPress, hosting, DNS or another service, credentials and access methods should be shared only after the scope is established. Do not send passwords or private keys in an unsolicited first email.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, scope and deliver requested work, maintain security and reliability, keep project records, and meet legal or accounting obligations where applicable.
Sharing
Information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers or technical collaborators only when reasonably necessary for the requested work, infrastructure, security or legal obligations.
Retention
Project and correspondence records may be retained for operational, contractual, security and accounting reasons. Data that is no longer needed may be deleted or anonymized where practical.
